Contact form

  • Data collected: name, email address, company (optional), subject and content of the message.
  • Purpose: to answer your request and, where relevant, discuss a project.
  • Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Retention period: 12 months, then automatic deletion.
  • Recipients: the publisher only. The data is stored with the site's hosting provider and passes through the email service used for the notification. It is never sold or transferred.
  • Abuse prevention: a non-reversible fingerprint of your IP address is kept for one hour to limit repeated submissions.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise it, write to jfpalmier@frewts.com. If you are not satisfied with the answer, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL (the French data protection authority): cnil.fr.

Audience measurement

To know which pages are read and improve the site, traffic is measured with Matomo, open-source software installed on the site's own server. The statistics never leave this hosting and are neither shared nor combined with other data.

  • Data: pages viewed, date and length of visit, referring site, device and browser type, country.
  • IP address: anonymised on collection (the last bytes are removed).
  • Cookies: none. Nothing is stored on or read from your device.
  • Retention: 25 months at most for visit data.
  • Legal basis: the publisher's legitimate interest in measuring the site's audience. It is configured according to CNIL recommendations so that it is exempt from consent.

Opt out of audience measurement

You may choose to prevent this website from aggregating and analyzing the actions you take here. Doing so will protect your privacy, but will also prevent the owner from learning from your actions and creating a better experience for you and other users.

Cookies

This site sets no analytics, advertising or social media cookies, and loads no external resources. Only technical cookies are used for people logged in to the site's administration. No consent is therefore required.
